Minimo Mini-Roadmap Published

Minimo developer Doug Turner has posted a Minimo Mini-Roadmap, setting out the development path for the mobile browser over the next few months. The plan calls for a new Minimo release approximately once a month until the end of the year.

Minimo 0.009 is scheduled for September 21st and will include a preferences dialogue with some commonly-used options. At this point, nightly builds for Windows CE and Linux should be available. Version 0.010 is set for October 26th, when a usable build for Windows Mobile 2003 Smartphone should be released, together with Windows CE and Debian Linux installers. November 23rd should see the launch of Minimo 0.011, which will add support for Pocket PC 2002. Community testing of the Small Screen Rendering (SSR) technology will also take place during this timeframe. Finally, version 0.012 should be released on December 22nd.
