Entire Florida Keys ordered evacuated

A mandatory evacuation order was issued today for all residents of the Florida Keys, as Tropical Storm Rita strengthened. Forecasters predict Rita could become a Category 1 hurricane in the next 24 hours and it could threaten areas still recovering from Hurricane Katrina. "There is deep concern about this storm causing more flooding in New Orleans," President Bush said during a meeting of the Homeland Security council.
