Nursing home owners charged

The attorney for a couple charged with 34 counts of negligent homicide says his clients never abandoned the nursing home where 34 people died trying to ride out Hurricane Katrina. The state's attorney general says owners Mable and Salvador Mangano Sr. should have evacuated the residents.
