Trickle of life returns to New Orleans

The streets of three areas of New Orleans will see some semblance of life again today as people return to check on their shops, restaurants and clubs. Those entering the city will be warned of possible health risks and will be ordered to observe a strict curfew. Evacuees who run businesses in the French Quarter, the central district and Uptown will be allowed to check on their properties.
