Bush: New Orleans will rise again

NEW ORLEANS (Reuters) - U.S. President George W. Bush pledged on Thursday to bring New Orleans and the Gulf Coast back to life with extensive federal aid and he ordered reviews of emergency plans in major cities to correct gaping holes exposed by the chaotic response to Katrina.
