Emergency convoy arrives in New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS (Reuters) - An emergency military convoy of aid supplies arrived in New Orleans on Thursday to help in the relief of tens of thousands of refugees made desperate in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
