Emptying the Big Easy

New Orleans officials will try to get as many as 15,000 residents remaining to leave the city voluntarily before forced evacuations are considered. That comes as health officials warn of the dangers of even touching floodwaters. Efforts are underway to drain the city and get funds to the evacuees.
