Floating in a health threat

New Orleans officials will try to get many thousands of residents to leave the city voluntarily before forced evacuations are considered. That comes as health officials warn of the dangers of even touching floodwaters. In outlying parishes, pockets of bodies are being discovered by people searching for survivors.
