New Orleans family used to disaster refuses to leave

NEW ORLEANS (Reuters) - One of the last inhabitants of a flood-hit New Orleans neighborhood dismissed calls to evacuate the ruined city as unnecessary and said Hurricane Katrina was a minor irritation compared to disasters in her homeland Belize.
