Ophelia weakens off North Carolina

Hurricane Ophelia is sitting just off the North Carolina coast with 80 mph winds, heavy rain and a punishing surf. The storm is only moving at 6 mph, meaning Ophelia could batter the area for another day. "Unfortunately it's moving so slowly, it's gonna take it all night and most of the day tomorrow before it really clears the Outer Banks," said National Hurricane Center Director Max Mayfield.
