* to use Zeigarnik effect (still didn't read Mark's course?), we could think in advance, what we're going to put in the next issue of our newsletter (not all, of course, but a little part of it) and at the end of the issue we're sending now, to use Zeigarnik effect and tell people something that might arise their curiosity, so that they'll want to get the next issue asap.
